Exhibitor rates
    •    $365~ Corporate & For-profit Resellers (for-profit vendors who do not make their own items, but resell)
    •    $315~ Hand-made For-profit Vendor (items must be hand-crafted by vendor)
    •    $215~ Non-profit (Must submit a copy of 501(c)3 in order to qualify for this rate)
    •    $175~ 2012 NYS CAP Conference Workshop Presenters & members of PCANY's Prevention Network

The exhibitor booth package includes a 8ft. x 10ft. booth space, one 6ft. draped table, two chairs, electricity if needed, a table sign, meals and refreshments for one staff member, and a listing in the conference program. Please note, wireless Internet access is not provided in the exhibit area.

There is a $25 for each additional table. Exhibitors can not bring their own tables. If you require a specific layout for your exhibit space, please contact Jennifer Dailey before submitting your exhibitor registration form.


What should you know about exhibiting?
    •    Booth locations will be assigned in the order in which registration forms with payments are received.
    •    Registration forms with payment in full are due by March 2nd, 2012. Forms received after this date will be accepted on a space availability basis.
    •    Exhibit space will be located adjacent to registration area and near breakout rooms—in a heavily trafficked area for high visibility.
    •    Exhibit set-up will be Sunday, April 15th, 4 pm or from 6 am - 7:30 am on Monday, April 16th. Your exhibit area must be set up by 8 am on Monday, April 16th.
    •    The Exhibit area hours are Monday, April 16th, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Tuesday, April 17th, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm; and Wednesday, April 18th, 7:30 am - 2:00 pm.
    •    High traffic times: Registration, networking/refreshment breaks.
    •    Exhibitors are strongly encouraged not to dismantle their booths before 2 pm on Wednesday, April 18th.

Advertising opportunities
If you are unnable to attend the conference you can still reach hundreds of professionals by displaying your information or literature at a take-one table or in the conference packet! Take-one tables are located in the exhibitor area adjacent to registration and near breakout rooms—in a heavily trafficked area for high visibility. Conference packets are given to each conference attendee at registration and contain important conference related materials. More information in the exhibitor's packet.

Payment
Payment in full is required at time of application. Checks, money orders or credit cards may be used for payment. Funds are to be made payable to Prevent Child Abuse New York (PCANY). Cancellations requested in writing prior to March 16, 2012 will receive a refund minus a $50 handling fee. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received later than March 16, 2012. No exhibitor will be permitted to set up their booth unless PCANY has received payment in full.
