2007 Walk for Children: Supportive Steps
Prevent Child Abuse New York invites you to demonstrate your support for the Capital Region’s children and families by sponsoring the 2007 Walk for Children. Walk sponsors assist with event costs so that funds raised can go directly to our prevention programs. Your company or organization may contribute to PCANY’s efforts through a donation of cash, prizes, products or services. There are a variety of supportive steps you can take to prevent child abuse:
A Giant Leap
$2,000 or more
- Your logo on the banner displayed at the walk site
- Your logo on walk signage
- Recognition in the opening remarks and opportunity to address the walkers
- Photo opportunity with Prevent Child Abuse New York’s President, Executive Director, and other dignitaries
- Opportunity to display company literature at the walk
- Opportunity to walk in front of the Walk for Children procession
- Sponsorship identified in all news releases
- Recognition in our newsletter, annual report, and on our Web site
A Long Stride
$1,000 or more
- Your logo on the banner displayed at the walk site
- Your logo on walk signage
- Recognition in opening remarks
- Opportunity to display company literature at the walk
- Sponsorship identified in all news releases

A Big Step
$500 or more
- Opportunity to sponsor checkpoints along the route, including space for a sign with your logo
- Recognition in opening remarks
- Opportunity to display company literature at the walk

A Step Along the Way
$200 or more
